While supporting local is an economic activity, it is also an act of communion with the land. And with that, a relationship also forms with all that goes into the land, seeds, roots, seedlings, microorganisms, organic matter.

A healthy earth means healthy plants means healthy harvests means healthy food means healthy people means healthy minds means healthy communities means healthy economies.

All is One.

A Farmers' market is so much more than a place to purchase consumable commodities - it is a place of human energetic exchange.

It is my happy place, someplace I can go to anywhere in the world [because WE ALL EAT!] and find something rare - HOPE.

When I'm behind the table I see this. When I'm a customer, I seek this.

Welcoming Mark to front and centre alternate Saturdays.

He'll be the face at the table for the next couple of months whilst I'm away in Ukraine.

Mark is known by many at the markets and has become a familiar face working alongside myself.

Same great products, similar sense of humour, all organic and Samsara all the way.
