We’re making ‘Bún Quậy’ aka Stirred Noodles! Serving vermicelli noodles in pork-bone broth, garlic dill confit, with home-made fish cakes, rare beef, shrimps & calamansi dipping fish sauce. This one’s coming straight from Phu Quoc island, essentially you would season your own broth and stir it well before serving! Here we do all the work, you just gotta come & give this guy a try!

My dear friends, it’s been a good while (and a good amount of snow) since we last saw each other in the dining room. ❄️ Our timeline got pushed a tiny bit due to unforeseen circumstances but all is straightened out now!!

Post-construction clean up is no joke. We will reopen on JANUARY 21st instead to allow some cleaning & deep work in the meantime. Bear with us another week. I can’t wait to get back to cooking for you guys. See y’all at Hẻm real soon! 💗

Hey lovely people, we have some important announcement! Today will be our last day of service for 2025. Starting tomorrow December 20th, we will be closed for winter break as a mini renovation is taking place. Our estimated date of reopening will be January 15, 2026. Keep us in your heart and your calendar!
