Hey famm, this weekend come say hi to ‘Bánh Canh Gà’ aka Tapioca Noodles Soup, or folks shall refer to as Vietnamese Udon! Full load of toppings: shredded chicken, shrimps, marinated egg, mushroom, fresh herbs and crispy onions, in a clear chicken and dried shrimp broth, and the star: chewy tapioca udon noodles!! 🍜

Been awhile for a ‘Hủ Tíu Tôm Thịt’ weekend! Shrimp & pork charsiu rice noodles soup with quail eggs, chives, chinese celery and garlic confit. Hủ Tíu has a light pork bone - dried shrimp broth, with a subtle hint of radish & carrots. A staple in the Southern region of Vietnam, our all time favorite! 🍜

It’s a perfect weekend for some special ‘Phở Bò Kho’! ‘Vietnamese Five-Spiced Braised Beef Noodles Soup. Served with sliced beef shanks & rare beef in hearty thick tomatoes broth, infused with cinnamon, star anise, lemongrass and ginger. A little twist from the OG ‘Bò Kho’ dish, but lighter and more summery! 🥘

Another weekend for our dry noodles series to shine!! ‘Miến Gà Trộn’ for the special! Dry-tossed glass noodles (aka mungbean noodles) with fish sauce & garlic dark soy. Generously topped with shredded chicken, shredded omlette, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushroom & Vietnamese fresh herbs. Finished off with crispy shallots, green onion & limes!

We’re making ‘Bánh Thập Cẩm’ for spesho this weekend! Central & Southern Style Sticky Rice Dumplings & Steamed Rice Cakes. Served with mungbean fillings: shrimp, chicken, wood-ear mushroom. Topped with chicken & shiitake meat sauce. Drizzled with coconut cream & fish sauce. You don’t find these around very often but they are so unique and delish!

Serving dusted crispy tilapias, nutty-tangy tamarind fish sauce dipping, along side vermicelli rice noodles, lettuce, fresh herbs, green mangoes & house pickles. 💚 So well balanced that it’s such a hard to miss comfort food!
