Inspired by the Kölsch of Cologne, this lagered ale breaks down the barriers between lagers and ales. Using ale yeast but fermented at cooler temperatures and lagered for several months gives this beer a unique flavour. Clean, dry and smooth like a lager with hints of fruit from the ale yeast.
