Want to keep them fresh for weeks? Take the cheese out of its package and them wrap in our cheese bags instead — they let the cheese breathe without drying it out. Then tuck it in the crisper drawer, not the back of the fridge, for more humidity and steadier temps. These will last weeks instead of days. Grab a few and bag them right.
