Hunting and getting products as a chef is one of the greatest pleasures. IYKYK. Nothing beats a road trip to visit Peter on Big Island in PEC to grab some of the best wild caught pickerel around. Even made a new friend on the way. Wild PEC pickerel filled ravioli today for lunch.
