I love it when work is fun! Yesterday I had that absolute pleasure of being on the but not just for 1 segment, but multiple hits throughout the hour of the show showing how to make a quick and fun 4 course Easter feast in an hour. Roasted carrots with basil oil, crispy onions and shaved parm, mixed mushrooms with pomegranate, pine nut and parsley gremolata, chicken cutties and pasta putanesca made with fresh fettuccine (which ironically was having a time getting into the pasta extruder … had the best morning with and and the team behind the scenes. And Jeff…. “My life is a joke” will forever live rent free in your head whenever you watch anything to do with space 🤣🤣🤣 how many olives in your sauce Matt … or wait we are orbiting the moon brb 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Buona pasqua!

When asks you to make a bunch of fresh pasta on air for”noodle month” (yes, apparently that’s a thing), then gosh darn it this paisano chef gonna make some noooods! We did carbonara, pappardelle with pork ragout and lobster raviolis in lemon cream sauce. Soooo good in fact my boy went in hard for some tastes … but how many? pugliese
