23-01 What's On My Plate
The focus today is on the delicious CHICKEN TAVA MASALA
Chicken thighs cut into small chunks and marinated with curd, powdered spices for 30 mins. Fried them on a Tava for 15 mins in mustard oil led to this decadent plate of Chicken Tava masala.
Wrapped it up in a Roti with onions and cucumber and a dash of lemon juice and you have the best Chicken roll
