This little company was born from the desire to earn some extra money to put towards Sydney's tuition costs of going to midwifery school. After one day baking over 75 cupcakes in three different flavours as a favour for a friend, Sydney decided that running her own dessert business would be a fabulous and mutually beneficial way to get a few more dollars in her bank account. Sydney is most at home
with a cake baking in the oven while blending together the perfect amounts of butter and icing sugar. She is obsessed with raspberry buttercream, and probably wouldn't say no to any combination of peanutbutter and chocolate. Sydney loves bringing to life delicious desserts from simple ingredients. Desserts by Sydney is a labour of love, endeavouring to serve those who enjoy dessert (and would maybe like to help out a future midwife-to-be!)
