Noni Cakes was inspired by three things... My love of baking and creating and helping local charities along with the amazing spirit of my cat Noni. Laugh if you might, but his tenacity and courage really showed me that if you want something enough, don't be afraid to try it... My good friend once said to me... boy, if you sold these cupcakes... they would sell like Noni Cakes, not Hot Cakes! I've
always loved to bake my heart out... and now it's on a larger scale and for profit. Supporting Charities when I can are so important to me, and I've found that offing people a sweet treat in return for their support is a great combination of my two loves.
