Simply put, we brew the beer we want to drink. Whether it's a session ale, or a hop heavy imperial IPA, we hope that through our meticulous approach to brewing, and selection of quality ingredients, that our pride and devotion is showcased in every beer. About our Brewery:
We have designed our event space, tap room, and retail shop in the heart of our brewhouse. When you visit our brewery, you will be able to enjoy a fresh glass of our hand crafted ales surrounded by the brewing vessels, fermenters, and aging tanks. See first hand, the brewing process and the devotion that goes into making all of our small batch artisanal ales. Brewhouse and Tap Room:
Located at 100 Symes Rd, 0perating out of one of Toronto's last standing industrial areas, the Stockyards district was the primary site for the meat packing industry of the 1950s. Our facility has been completely renovated with Sandblasted walls, exposed ceilings and a glass paned store front, bringing a modern design in what was once a former refinery.

Happy Friday, and happy new (collab) b**r release day!

We are dropping our final German inspired b**r for the Oktoberfest season with a fun hoppy-take on the classic hefe.
We also brought along our good friend and brewery neighbor, Matt from Samara Brewing Co to brew with us; one of junctions newest breweries

Brewed with a 50/50 blend of pilsner and wheat, fermented with a classic hefe strain, but hopped entirely with New Zealand hops.
Look for that unique tropical lime notes mingling with the hefe yeast aromas of banana and clove.

Available today and over the weekend.

Be sure to stop by tomorrow (Saturday) from 1pm-3pm to get yourself a homemade pretzel as well

Lots to do this month at Rainhard.

Kicking it off we have a double b**r release with gemini pretzel rolling in from 1-3pm this Saturday. loofka_collective will be jamming that night too.

Grandma's Dumplings | Ukrainian food with a cultural twist is hosting a dumpling and b**r pairing that only has 20 seats available! It’s going to fill up fast.

We also have a couple bands joining us.

From The Hip will be playing on the 17th to celebrate the late great Gord Downie on the anniversary of his death. Tickets go on sale soon. Keep and eye out.

And Whats For Dinner? is gonna summon up the spirits of rock with an all cover set on the 24th. No tickets required but costumes sure are!!

Then we’re having a chill, Halloween eve with a couple fearful flicks on the projector. Will there be candy! Of course!

Oktoberfest season is here!

Festbier

This years version was brewed with a base of German Pilsner malt, and both Vienna and Munich malts.

Flavours of toasted bread and honey are balanced by a mild malt sweetness and medium bitterness.

Can you believe it’s September already?!?

We’re starting off with a visit from the Craft Cafe by SARA BAHRAMI tomorrow from 12-5. Start your long weekend off by being crafty and with a craft b**r.

We’re making two appearances at the Junction Farmers Market as usual. Find our market-guy Andy, say hi and buy a few cans from him.

GTA Brews Homebrew Club has a meet up too!

There are some visits by It's Not Easy Being Green for tasty treats.

They’ll also be joining us and Junction City Wrestling along with Broedie's Butter Burgers & Beach Hill Smokehouse for BREWTALITY!

What a week!

3 fresh cans of deeeeelcious b**r for your drinking pleasure.

Our new Premium L***r rolls in at a drinkable 4%.

Next we got our, BAM, Second Encore IPA that boasts notes of bitter citrus pith.

And following that is the dank but crushable Terepene take on our hazy Galaxis IPA.

How about that… we’ve got two versions of Galaxis now available in the taproom. You won’t find this anywhere else, so best get yourself on over here for this one

We have dosed our latest Galaxis Batch with the wonderfully dank terpenes of Pineapple Express. The aroma is very upfront with notes of fresh bud and tropical pineapple.
