☕️ Conscious Coffee (UK) - back where it all began ❤️
They were our first-ever roasting partner, a lovely couple in Hertfordshire chasing better coffee with full heart and full honesty.

Forty weeks later, their beans taste even more confident, clean, expressive, and full of purpose. We’ve seen their growth, their passion, and their love for every detail from sourcing to roast.
Many local cafés now serve their beans as house or guest coffee, and after hearing so many glowing recommendations at the London Coffee Festival, we knew we had to bring them back.

When I visited Roastery + Café in Cheltenham, the vibe was electric, a warehouse-sized space with the roaster in the middle, food being served, and young energy buzzing through the room. On a ☀️ Cotswolds day, that mix of good food, roasting aroma, and great coffee was impossible to resist.

We brewed our featured Pu’er Lancang (Yunnan, Washed, Filter) together, and I also tasted his amazing Yunnan + Philippine coffees.

Ah Yat shared how he started working with on Yunnan origins, and how more Yunnan farmers are gaining recognition as they refine their craft and bring hidden treasures to the global stage. 🌏
