✨AUGUST UPDATE✨
I have made the (difficult) decision to continue to be on hiatus until further notice.

Besides the side effects of my second vaccination (yay for being fully vaccinated!) I was also in denial that I was feeling burnout.

This will be my chance to experiment with new flavours, as well as enjoy the lockdown free summer while we still can 🍻

Thank you for those who are patiently waiting for my comeback. Being a one woman business has its many pros, and cons.

We’ve decided to also offer DELIVERY for our cream puffs collaboration.

If you are choosing delivery on the order form, please keep in mind that once received there are to be refrigerated ASAP if they’re not being eaten right away.

There will be no porch//concierge drop-off. These treats are very temperamental to the weather. Please plan to be home around the delivery times provided to you.

Two and a half months, & MANY PUFFS later, my first collaboration with is finally coming to life!

I’m happy to announce that we’re collaborating to create choux au craquelin aka crispy cream puffs (but bigger).

These are next level because they are crisp thin hollow pastry puffs filled with a diplomat cream, covered with a cookie disc that melts into a crack like sweet texture on top.

Jenn & I had so many flavours to choose from, but we narrowed it down to our personal faves.

Menu of the flavours will be revealed some time tomorrow!

Happy Philippine 🇵🇭 Independence Day to all the mga kababayan out there in the world! I’m proud to not only be of Filipino blood, but to also be born there in the motherland 🙌🏽

For this month’s mini cheesecake flavours, it is inspired by home: Calamansi, Mango Float & Ube Macapuno.

I’ll be taking a break from mini cheesecakes soon so order a box for pickup on Friday evenings & weekend mornings!

Here’s a few class photos taken before the end of the semesters at GBC. I felt like the baby because most of my classmates were a few years older than me 😅

Looking back at these photos, those 2 years were full of great memories from the early 7 am baking classes 😴, to the wine tasting & pairing classes 🍷🧀. It was an interesting experience & opportunity to understand the science behind baking, learning to bake things I’ve never made before and getting to take these treats back home after class. I’d relive these days if I was given the chance to go back 😌

Here is the preview of the June menu with an update price 😊 I’m excited for this one because it is , and what better way is there than to show my appreciation, & gratitude as a Filipino by making macaron and cheesecake versions of these delicious flavours?!

✨The buko pandan and ube macapuno macaron fillings are different from the previous ones that I’ve made before, so get ready to preorder for June 😋✨
