The Galette Girls The Galette Girls are a pop up restaurant making free form rustic tarts both savoury and sweet for the people of Toronto.

Introducing The Galette Girls: we are one part tall, Erica Bernhardt, and one part small, Haley Polinsky. We make galettes, which are rustic free form tarts that can be either sweet and savoury. Erica and Haley met in the fall of 2012 working at C5 at the Royal Ontario Museum and have been inseparable since. We have a passion for creating galettes that are flavourful and with a focus on using loca

l, sustainable ingredients. When we are not making galettes you can find Haley creating food related artwork or styling/photographing food and Erica cooking at Opus Restaurant.
