One last Muskoka smoke for the year, in Minett for my brothers bday. Thanks to everyone who came by Field Of Greens this summer in Port Carling for some food and some good vibes this summer season. Definitely had me running around a fair bit 😅
Back on down the road for the cold season. Keep an eye on my socials and website, I'll have smoked meats and pot pies available over the coming weeks back in the big smoke aka Tdot. ✌️

Yooooooo frendos, I'll be back at Brunswick Bierworks this Sunday starting 1pm. Dragging the smoker down from Muskoka to do some fresh wings along with pulled pork frito pies, brisket sandos. I'll bring some brisket vac sealed by the lb as well for sale. Hopefully the weather stays nice and we can hang out on the patio 🤞 See you Sunday

BRISKET DROPS!

Hey bbq crew! As my season winds down in Muskoka I'll be back and forth to Toronto the next few weekends. This week im in town Saturday to Monday. Anyone want some lb of Brisket? I can bring em down cold and vac sealed. Pick up in the east end. Good prices, excellent meat. 💋

Back at it for another summer .muskoka
Smoking up briskets, ribs and wings and more on a weekly basis for sale in the shop, along with hot and fresh sandwiches, soup and salad available for lunch time take away. I built a website! Taking the time this week to smoke some turkey breast, something I haven't done in a while but I love the end product. Smoke and braise some chuck beef, shred it and make some poutine with my tasty taters. Also some double smoked sausage chili served over fritos to make frito pie aka nachos in a bag. Come on by and try some tasty eats and b**rs, also lots of video games to spend the afternoon playing 🫡
