Smoking up briskets, ribs and wings and more on a weekly basis for sale in the shop, along with hot and fresh sandwiches, soup and salad available for lunch time take away. I built a website! Smoked and braised steak, birria sauce, provolone, pickled peppers, onions on cocobread

Gonna be back at it this weekend at

Taking the time this week to smoke some turkey breast, something I haven't done in a while but I love the end product. Smoke and braise some chuck beef, shred it and make some poutine with my tasty taters. Also some double smoked sausage chili served over fritos to make frito pie aka nachos in a bag. Come on by and try some tasty eats and beers, also lots of video games to spend the afternoon playing 🫡

Back in the big smoke this Friday running out some of my favorites. Blueberry Balsamic back ribs, Cherrywood Smoked wings, brisket sandos on coco bread. Sales starting at 6pm. Will also have some all purpose rubs, hot sauces and vac sealed brisket by the lb for sale (recommended to pre order that one) Come on by for a beer and some all Canadian smoked meats.

Ok gang we are back out here at again today from 12-whenver I sell out, slinging blueberry back ribs and this tasty monstrosity the barbecubano. I had this one last night before bed and I attribute it to me getting a solid 5.5 hours of sleep 😆 come on by and say hi.

I didnt get to making any hot sauce, but put your name and I'll do deliveries later next week.
