Which One Have You Already Tried?

Unique Coffees From Different Countries, And The Stories Behind Them.

Coffee is not just one drink. Every country has its own version, its own story, and its own reason behind the recipe.

From Persian Qahveh with saffron and rose water, to Vietnamese Egg Coffee, Turkish Coffee, Café de Olla, and Hong Kong Yuenyeung, these drinks show how coffee changes with culture, history, and local taste.

Some are sweet. Some are spiced. Some are layered. Some are brewed the same way for hundreds of years.

Which one would you try first?

Your coffee scale can tell you a lot more than just weight.

Flow rate shows you how your espresso is moving through the puck, not just how much ends up in the cup.

I’ve been using the MantaBrew WeighMaster 2.0 to watch how the flow builds during the shot. A smooth rise usually points to a more even extraction, while sudden jumps can hint at channeling or uneven flow.

One more useful number to help make your espresso more consistent.

Do you actually watch flow rate on your scale?

Equal parts, not equal grams. ☕️ A cortado’s 1:1 ratio is about volume, not weight.

Your espresso maker is portable. The rest of your setup should be, too. ☕️🎒

My OutIn Fino grinder, Mino espresso maker, scale, stand, and puck prep tools all fit inside one compact travel bag. Even the mat and accessories come along.

It’s not just about packing more gear. It’s having the right pieces that work together, without leaving half my coffee routine at home.

Where would you take this setup first? 👇
