Last day of the Danforth East Arts Fair! Yesterday the family came by and our youngest finally got to experience his very first fair. 🎉 He looked a little silly but had the best time. Big sister stocked up on treats too, one of our tornado potatoes and the cutest crochet ghost, just in time for Halloween. 👻 Come on down today for all the artists, music, dance, happy Sunday vibes, and of course, all the food! 😊

Hard to believe it’s been 10 years of serving fun veggies on a stick! This last event of the year is extra special to me. I went to school just around the corner when I was younger and have so many good memories here. Every time I’m back, the feeling of community and familiarity really hits home. Can’t wait to see you all. 😊

Did you know that the Danforth East Arts Fair also has music in the park as well as free kids activities? Make sure you come by and check out over 50+ arts and artisans and stay to enjoy the music and entertain the kiddos! I know my little one will be coming to try everything and that makes me happy! Oh, we got some pretty awesome food too! Trust. 💚

Hard to believe it’s been ten years in business! So much has happened in that time and Poppa Corn has been with us every step of the way as our partner in taste. For the past few years my ‘Supervisor’ (a.k.a. my daughter 💚) has been tagging along to make sure I pick up what we need for our events and of course to sneak in some yummy popcorn 🥰. Huge thanks for the amazing concession supplies, flavors and always being so friendly!

Sorry for the late post but I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone in Guelph for a fantastic weekend. Volunteers, the vendors, our team, and all the people who came out to support us all. This has been a tough year for me and my family and coming out to see you has lifted my spirits like you have no idea. 💚 It was the first time I stepped back and let the amazing crew take over. I think finding that balance of work and life is really important. I’ve been serving the Guelph Ribfest since 2015 and never got to enjoy it as a much as this year. I got to enjoy the concerts, ride the train with my daughter, take her on some rides, play the games, have her help me out (so cuuuute) ☺️, eat lots of stuff, and continue our tradition of a ‘funnel cake breakfast’ on Sunday! Thanks for it all and see you next year. ❤️
