We started out making Beef Jerky for ourselves because we could never get enough of the stuff and what you find in local stores is all mass produced and has lost its personal touch! We are determined to bring that personal touch back! Like a Fine Whiskey (Which we love!) we know it couldn't be made in a big factory. Enter, The Small Batch Method. With Small Batches the ability to control all variables and take the time to make sure each and every piece of jerky is evenly coated with our special marinades and spice rubs and that they are all perfect cuts on a diagonal bias against the grain. Being that we wanted the best possible product, we chose to start with the best meat! Grade A Grass Fed Canadian Beef. Next we decided to only use fresh ingredients along with a no added salt policy. With that came the elimination of soy sauce with coconut amino's being it's healthier replacement. Thus giving our customers a long list of things about our product; Nitrate Free, Nitrite Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Paleo Compliant, 0 Carbs, High in protein, No MSG... and the list goes on! So in short, when people ask, we just tell them its perfect!
