Sometimes, it can be difficult to tell the difference between a sunset and a sunrise. Such is the case with the news we have to share today. As you may know, Cucina Mauro has operated Cafe ELTE inside the ELTE showroom for almost three years. That will be coming to an end. By mutual agreement, Cucina Mauro and ELTE have decided to terminate our management agreement for Cafe ELTE. The time is right for Cucina Mauro to focus our efforts where they are most productive and rewarding. We are proud of the experience, menu, and team that we built and the hospitality that we delivered at Cafe ELTE, and we are grateful for the positive feedback that we consistently received from our customers.
As with any business, we faced obstacles and challenges, many of which were outside of our control. As a result, we have been closely monitoring and analyzing performance in recent months, while proposing options to foster growth. Given the outcome, we believe the mutual decision to terminate the agreement is the right one.
We will continue to operate Cafe ELTE through the summer months, and we look forward to contributing to a smooth transition for the next steps of the Cafe.
We have big plans for the growth of Cucina Mauro and there are many new things coming on the horizon and we can't wait to share that with you, as the dawn breaks on the new days ahead.
