The Chef Co. Founded by Chef Joe Friday in 2013, The Chef Collective is a culinary battle hosted at a local restau Each Chef Collective battle is a black box competition.

Chef competitors must create two signature dishes in only one hour to be judged by a panel of industry experts on TASTE, ORIGINALITY, USE OF SECRETE INGREDIENT and PRESENTATION.
