The cows receive routine health maintenance & wellness checks as they walk through the chute. Wyatt did a great job recording tag #’s in the log book last weekend.

Oats swathed last week for harvest. Berseem clover cover crop was underseeded with the oats and is doing well. Clover will continue to grow until freeze up, it is an annual legume.

Pleased with the results of my “750 no-till cyclo” drill this year planting silage corn/hairy vetch. Population and spacing were good and planting depth was consistent with the independent openers. Hopefully next year will see even more improvements.
