🍷 8-week w**es — ideally by end of day today!
🍷 6-week w**es (Winexpert Reserve, Cru Select, Cru International) — by November 3
🍷 5-week w**es — by November 10
🍷 4-week w**es (Winexpert Classic, Twisted Mist, Island Mist) — by November 17
Kits are paid up front and ferment here; you come back to bottle. Miss the date and it'll still be great w**e — just a New Year's w**e instead.

Ontario Merlot: blackberry, dark cherry, sweet spice, smooth and medium-bodied. Six-week kit, about 30 bottles, $149.99 paid up front. Start it this week and you're bottling at the end of November.
