Happy Thanksgiving weekend! I’ve still got lots of frozen 13-14 pound turkeys if you need one. If that’s too much I’ve got chickens and smoked ham roasts. You can come to the farm today from 1-6 or find me Saturday morning Truro Farmers' Market Cooperative. If you want a turkey at the market I recommend sending me a message to hold one for you.

This years turkeys are now in the freezer! I weighed a few and like usual they are around 15 pounds. If you want one or more the best way is to come to the farm when I’m open on Fridays from 1-6. I will also bring some to the Truro Farmers' Market Cooperative but it’s best to preorder for pick up there. I will be coming to Dartmouth October 8th and you can order on my website for that. I am always open by appointment if Fridays don’t work for people.

Got another batch of meat chickens moved into the “chicken tractors” yesterday for daily moves to fresh grass. These types of shelters are called tractors because the chickens harvest the grass and spread their manure instead of an actual tractor.
