With a name fit for a legend, this handsome young Highland is already making his mark at PBW Farms! 🐂✨

Meet PBW Fold Pendragon — a striking young bull with a sweet personality, a beautiful Highland look, and some exciting genetics behind him!

❤️ The pedigree behind the presence:
🐂 Dam: Lylah of Willow Wisp
🐂 Sire: Sunset Moves Like Jagger
🏆 Maternal grandsire: Trafalgar Benedict
🏆 Paternal grandsire: Gusgurlach

With these genetics in his pedigree, Pendragon brings together some impressive Highland bloodlines that make him an exciting young prospect to watch! 🧬

But there’s more to this handsome fellow than just his pedigree! 😍 He’s got that sweet Highland personality that makes you want to stop everything and spend a little extra time with him.

✨ What catches our eye?
✔️ A nice, straight build
✔️ A thick, well-covered body
✔️ Good depth of rib and that classic Highland presence
✔️ A sweet disposition to go along with his good looks

And let’s be honest… with that shaggy ginger coat, those impressive horns, and that adorable face, he’s got the fluff factor covered! 🧡🦁

At PBW Farms, we’re passionate about building our Highland herd with an eye toward temperament, conformation, and quality genetics — and we’re excited to see how Pendragon develops as he grows.

This handsome young man is already making his presence known here at PBW Farms! Meet PBW Fold Pistol Pete, born September 4, 2026, and we think this little fellow is one to watch! 👀🔥

✨ The pedigree:
🐂 Sire: Sunset Moves Like Jagger
🐮 Dam: Ezmurelda of Willow Wisp

Pistol Pete is already showing off some lovely qualities for such a young calf! He has a nice, straight set of legs, a thick, well-balanced body, and lovely depth of rib that gives him a solid, substantial look. 💪 His overall build is catching our eye, and we love seeing these early signs of the kind of structure we’re working to develop in our herd.

But it’s not just his conformation that has us excited! 🤩 This boy already seems to carry himself with a confidence and presence that make him stand out. He’s young, he’s growing, and he’s already acting like he knows he’s somebody! 😉❤️

With Sunset Moves Like Jagger as his sire and Ezmurelda of Willow Wisp as his dam, we’re excited to watch Pistol Pete develop and see what the future holds for this handsome little Highland.

We’re looking forward to watching this young man grow into himself! 🧡

Yesterday was all about making new friends, sharing Highland hugs, and creating some unforgettable farm memories! 🌾✨

Our sweet Java had the BEST time meeting all of her new two-legged besties! From gentle pets and scratches to curious faces and lots of Highland love, Java was more than happy to be the star of the show. 🥰🐮

Well… apparently 5 new heifer calves weren’t enough excitement for one weekend! 😂 So we decided to make it official…

🇨🇦🐄 PBW Farms is officially a member of Ayrshire Canada! 🐄🇨🇦

And as if joining the Ayrshire family wasn’t exciting enough, we also welcomed FIVE beautiful Ayrshire heifer calves to the farm this weekend! 🥰🐮🐮🐮🐮🐮

For those who have been following along, you know this is a pretty special addition to PBW Farms. Ayrshires hold a special place in Nick’s heart — he received an Ayrshire as a birthday gift when he was a kid and fell in love with the breed. ❤️

Now, many years later, we’re bringing that love for Ayrshires to PBW Farms and starting the next chapter of our herd. 🥰

🌿 More Scottish roots.
🐮 More beautiful genetics.
❤️ More cows to love.
🥛 And maybe a little more mischief around the farm!

And yes… for those wondering what this means for our Highland herd…

Stay tuned. 👀😉

We’re excited to learn, grow, build relationships within the Ayrshire community, and see where this new adventure takes us!

Welcome to PBW Farms, girls! 🐮❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

WELCOME TO PBW FARMS… TWO BEAUTIFUL REGISTERED AYRSHIRE HEIFER CALVES! ❤️🐮🐮

If you’ve been following along, you might remember our little hints about bringing a little more Scottish heritage to the farm… 🇬🇧🏴👀

Well… THIS was the surprise! 🎉

And there’s actually a pretty special story behind why Ayrshires have joined our farm. ❤️

When Nick was a kid, he got an Ayrshire heifer for his birthday. 🥹🐮 From that day on, he absolutely fell in love with the breed.

Fast forward a few cough years… 😂

We finally had the opportunity to find TWO registered Ayrshire heifer calves to bring home to PBW Farms — and we couldn’t say no!

These girls aren’t just joining the herd because they’re pretty (although… LET’S BE HONEST… 😍❤️)… we’re excited about what they can bring to the future of PBW Farms.

Our goal is to carry on their Ayrshire genetics, build a small Ayrshire program here at the farm, AND eventually experiment with something we’re especially excited about…

🐮❤️ AYRSHIRE × HIGHLAND! ❤️🐮

Yep. You read that right. 👀

We’re curious to see what happens when two Scottish breeds come together — combining the characteristics we love about Ayrshires with our Highland genetics. 🇬🇧🏴

And if you know us, you know we LOVE trying something a little different and thinking about what we can do to build something unique here at PBW Farms. 😉

So…

PLEASE HELP US WELCOME THESE TWO GIRLS TO THE PBW FAMILY! 🥰🐮🐮

Now comes the REALLY important question…

👀 WHAT SHOULD WE NAME THEM?!

Drop your name suggestions below! ⬇️

And don’t worry… this is just the beginning. We have some pretty exciting plans for these girls! ❤️

Welcome home, ladies! 🐮🏡❤️

09/06/2026

There’s something VERY exciting headed to PBW Farms TODAY… and we have been waiting WAY too long to finally make this happen. 🥹❤️

We can’t tell you what it is yet… BUT we can give you a few clues. 🤫👇

🐾 Four legs
👧 They’re GIRLS
🌾 They’ll fit right in here on the farm
❤️ Something we’ve wanted for a LONG, LONG time
🏴 And let’s just say… we’re bringing a little more Scottish heritage to PBW Farms! 👀
🐮 There’s about to be some new personalities around here!

And NO…
❌ It’s not a new tractor
❌ It’s not a new piece of equipment
❌ It’s not a puppy
❌ And we’re definitely NOT telling you yet! 😂

So let’s hear it…

🤔 WHAT. DO. YOU. THINK. IS. COMING?!

We’ll be reading every single guess — and we are NOT confirming or denying anything! 😏😂

REVEAL COMING LATER TODAY! 🎉

Who’s going to crack the mystery before we spill the beans? 👀👇
