Enright Cattle Company

Enright Cattle Company A family-owned farm firmly committed to sustainability. We treat the land and our cattle with respect, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

While beef is our main business, we make soap from fat, and we craft gorgeous leather goods from our hides. We are the Enright Cattle Company -we raise our cattle on the crops grown here on our farm (a grass and grain diet) without the use of hormones. We sell both wholesale and retail. Families can order our products on our website or visit our grain bin on farm retail store. Please inquire for wholesale details.

Turns out cows need pedicures too.

One of our cows has been favouring one foot, so it was time for a visit to the hoof trimmer.

After getting her into the trimming chute, he found a crack in one of her hooves. He cleaned up all four feet, repaired the crack using a special adhesive, and gave her was essentially a full hoof makeover.

The equipment is pretty impressive too. The hydraulic chute safely lifts and positions each foot so the trimmer can work comfortably and accurately.

The best part?

As soon as she stepped out of the chute, she was already walking noticeably better.

Just like people, a little foot care can make a big difference.

One more behind the scenes job that helps keep our cattle healthy and comfortable.

What an incredible evening celebrating 20 years of

For two decades, this women-owned and led business has been doing more than serving great food. They have built a community around supporting local farmers, local food, and the people behind it all.

From choosing local ingredients to sustainable initiatives like reusable food containers and an electric delivery vehicle, they continue to prove that small choices can make a big impact.

We are incredibly grateful to be one of the local farms they trust to supply their kitchen and their customers each week. Partnerships like this help farms like ours continue doing what we love, and we are proud to be part of their story.

As if celebrating 20 years wasn’t enough, The Red Apron is also aiming to raise $20,000 for the Parkdale Food Centre and will match every dollar donated, with the potential to contribute $40,000 to support their community.

Congratulations to everyone at The Red Apron on this remarkable milestone. Your success is well deserved, and we can’t wait to see what the next 20 years bring.

Cheers to great food, strong communities, and the people who make both possible. 🥂

One of the surest signs that summer is finally here around the farm.

The first group of cows and calves heading out to pasture for the grazing season.

It’s always fascinating to watch how excited they get. They absolutely know where they’re going, and once the trailer door opens, it doesn’t take long before they’re spread out enjoying fresh green grass.

For the next several months, this will be home.

One of our favourite days of the year.

Pretty cool to see our tallow soap heading to Queen’s Park this week alongside Ontario beef.

Beef Farmers of Ontario included our soap as part of their annual BBQ event for MPPs and staff — a great event focused on promoting Ontario beef and building connections between farmers and government.

We’re proud to see our products representing not only our family farm, but Ontario beef farmers as a whole.

Big thanks to Beef Farmers of Ontario for including us and for continuing to support Ontario farm families.
