We said goodbye to Cyron this morning. This was him on Saturday, out enjoying the sunshine. He hadn’t been able to rise on his own for a couple days by this point but we helped him up and he tottered out to the paddock and sat and watched the world awhile. We stayed close by and an hour or so later when he made the attempt to stand we helped him back up and he tottered back to his cozy spot in the barn. It’s always so hard to say goodbye to our boys. I’m grateful that he had that one last sunny day and that we were able to share it with him.
