This is a three year old picture. This hole is about 1’ to 1.5’ deep. It is the only approach to our field right along highway 36. Despite stopping and talking to the road checkers, as well as phoning Emcon over the years, nothing has been done. What happens if I am pulling onto the highway and break a spring on my semi trying to get my crop out of the field. Or worse yet, if I get stuck trying to get onto the highway, block the road, or someone piles into my stuck truck that is blocking the road? Seems Emcon wouldn’t want that liability?
