📢📢1/8th bison for sale - will be cut and wrapped next week (*half of a quarter). Message me for cost.

Delivery available at my convenience to Regina, Fort Qu'Appelle or anywhere between Wolseley and those locations.

We also have some steaks to spare - which is rare! 🔥 Sirloin, t-bone and rib - 2 per pack, get them while they last before grilling season.

For those of you waiting on ground meat - I have not forgotten about you. We have been so back ordered and have been working to catch up; theres only so many lbs of ground on an animal and you won't catch me grinding the prime. 😘 Still accepting orders for quarters and halves - would split into 1/8ths if there is enough interest. Choice of cuts only for 1/2 and up; 1/4s and down to receive a selection of pre determined cuts.

Happy holidays, from us at Wolf Creek Bison Co.! 🎄 🦬

Our page was quiet this year, as we paused to grow another human to add to our herd. He joined us at the end of September, and it feels like we blinked and 2025 is coming to a close.

While our page has been quiet, my phone has not been and we just want to sincerely thank everyone for their orders this year. Truthfully, we have hardly been able to keep up and it's a wonderful "problem" to have. We are grateful to have the support of every customer and are happy to provide home grown bison meat, farm to fork.

Thank you everyone for your orders! You blew us away and we sold enough quarters and 1/8ths to require processing TWO animals! 🦬

I am closing orders for a hot minute to allow us to catch up, and have everything delivered to our buyers. We appreciate every person who CHOOSES to buy their meat from us, and spend their hard earned dollar on our products. It goes a long way in the success of our ranch, but also as a family run business it does things like send two little girls to activities.

Giving back is important to us, and we want to highlight a few ways we have aimed to support our community and surrounding area by donating products to fundraisers, or monetary donations:

● Elcapo Light Horse 4H
● Grenfell Wildlife Federation
