Meant to post this yesterday! Pre-order for this weekend!

***Just a note *** as I’ll have to go in and change it manually on my website. The bagels come in packs of 4 for $12 not 6.. (my bags are too small)

Preferred method of payment is EFT. And there’s an option to select EFT instead of credit when checking out. Just make sure if purchasing bagels you would just send $12 instead of $18. 🙂

Pre-order is due in by tomorrow (Wednesday) at 8pm. But the earlier the better so I can get all my grocery shopping done. ☺️

I thought I’d share this cause it made me chuckle.

Both of these breads are the same weight, same recipe, and same batch of dough.

The “smaller” one I let rise naturally and the bigger fluffier one I used the bread proofing setting on my new oven. Never used one before. Was an experiment.

I had no idea what it was going to be like when I took it out and baked it…

But it cut nicely, it’s really spongy and soft like my regular loaf. Just with a lot more… attitude. lol

This oven is throwing out some new and exciting things with all its fancy buttons and settings. 😂

The key to perfect cinnamon buns… taking the internal temp! Between 180-190f.
I mean a good recipe helps too! 🤷‍♀️

Wow! Do these ever look tasty! I was really contemplating whether I was going to put these out… Cause they look soooo good! And it’s been a hot minute since I made sourdough bagels. 🤤 selfish I know!

But I dug deep and there will be 3 packs of 4 cheddar bagels going out in about an hour. I also have some more flavours currently rising that should be out later this afternoon.

There’s 3 flavours of mini cakes, vanilla, chocolate, and salted caramel chocolate.

2 flavours of mini crisps; blueberry and raspberry.

And more cinnamon buns to come out.

It’s supposed to be a really nice day, so I’ve decided to spend it outside getting much needed yardwork done. But I’ll have some more stuff to put out tomorrow morning. 👩‍🌾

Had a scheduled power outage today so the poor chicks in the garage didn’t have their heater running. I was able to connect all the heat lamps to my small inverter… but added a broody hen for extra warmth. I think they were pretty happy.. not sure how much she enjoyed her new role and the clingers sitting on her back though.

Gave the babies a pool to hang out in… and they LOVE it! 😂 they’ve been wanting to run around the house and unfortunately that’s just not in the cards right now. And if this one gets too small. I’ve got a 10 foot one too! lol may have to rearrange the furniture a bit!
