After seven incredible seasons, Pop‑Ups on the Bay will be coming to a close. As the City reviews its programs, it is also looking ahead to reimagine a waterfront that continues to welcome visitors and support local businesses.
What started as an idea to bring a little extra energy to our waterfront turned into something truly special. A place filled with local flavours, small businesses chasing big dreams, live music, and fun times along the Bay of Quinte.
To our amazing vendors: Thank you for taking a chance, for showing up, for serving incredible food, for sharing your creativity, and for building something vibrant together. You are the heart of the pop-ups.
To everyone who visited: Whether you came once or visited weekly, thank you for supporting local, for bringing your friends and families, and for making the waterfront come alive.
While this chapter is coming to a close, the memories and the impact of the incredible entrepreneurs who made it happen will stick with us.
