Orders are now open for pick-up next Thursday October 8th, which means this is your chance to order through the food hub before the Thanksgiving weekend! Fill your Thanksgiving table with local food this year with the food hub! Here are just a few ideas of how to make local ingredients part of your meal:

• Pick-up a veggie hamper of potatoes, carrots, turnip and cabbage from Hillside Farms
• Cook up some partridge berry sauce from Barking Kettle foraged berries for a nice alternative to traditional cranberry sauce
• Grab some salt beef, pickled beets, or mustard pickles from Taylor’s market
• Add some local apples to your cart for a delicious apple crumble or pie
