FARM TOUR - HARVEST FEAST - LIVE 🎶!!
Come spend a September evening with us celebrating good farming, good food and the amazing community of people all around us!
We’ll begin at Cool Springs Ranch with a behind-the-scenes regenerative farm tour — meet the animals, see how we raise your food, and learn a little about the land and farming practices behind what ends up on your plate.
Then we’ll head down the road 16 milesto The Banks of Loch Lomond, our new 565-acre retreat tucked into the Saskatchewan boreal forest, for a true farm-to-fork Harvest Feast.
🔥 Pasture-raised beef, pork & chicken
🥖 Fresh sourdough & cultured butters
🫜Fermented krauts from Vesela’s International Kitchen
🥕🌽🥬delicious harvest sides made with local ingredients
🍂 And plenty more from the farms, gardens and kitchens of our community
We’ll gather outdoors in the meadow near the trails, surrounded by forest, long tables and September skies.
And when supper is finished, don’t head home yet…
🎶 We’ll settle in for a live concert with Brian Paul DG, a renowned Saskatchewan singer/song writer, for the perfect ending to a harvest evening.

Summer has been full on, chickens, summer projects, The Banks and haying!
Here is our haying team!! Beau and Sam are getting it done! Though we had a wet spring and couldn't get on the field to early this year, it is looking like a lush hay crop and our cows this winter are going to devour!!

This weather has not been called for especially for the middle of May but animals still need fed, fences still need fixed and calves are still being born 😅
Hope everyone is crossing their fingers and toes for an absolutely amazing summer and fall, we deserve it! 😂
