I am excited to be offering the first round of Return to Earth's savoury pasture-raised chickens for 2025. Like all of our animals, these chickens have been raised with careful consideration and are free from hormones and antibiotics. Return to Earth adheres to the highest, most humane animal care practices. Our commitment is that you'll receive delectable meat that is rich in nutrients, as well as noticeably more flavourful and tender than your average store-bought bird.

Buying local, responsibly raised food is key to transforming your health. Furthermore, being connected to your farmer and knowing exactly where your food has been just feels natural.

Check out our bone broth made from our own locally pasture-raised chickens or lamb. No salt, no preservatives-- no nonsense added! This is clean, vitamin-packed bone broth boiled down from the bones and cartilage of our own responsibly raised animals.

Return to Earth’s Maple Syrup is made from sap collected from trees on our family-run farm in Prince Edward County, Ontario and made in small batches using traditional methods. Our dark maple syrup, produced during the latter half of the maple run, offers a deep and full-bodied maple flavour. It's the perfect finishing touch to top off some pancakes or french toast with strawberries. Personally, I love to splash some into my morning coffee!

We've made some exciting changes here in Niagara! As you may have already noticed, I've changed the name of this page from 'Niagara Chicken Lady' to 'Return to Earth Niagara'.

Here's why:
I am now providing a far wider range of farm-to-table products beyond the delicious pastured chicken you already know and love. In the coming weeks and months, I will also have lamb, pork, soup, maple syrup, soap and more!

All of our animals are raised without using hormones, steroids or antibiotics. This means our products are always clean and healthy. This is the lovely Cassandra and, if you're in the Niagara area, this is an introduction for you because Cassandra is our super awesome (and super friendly!) Niagara rep offering a local presence and point of contact for anyone looking for some RTE products on the west side of Toronto.

Cassandra has plenty of our pastured chickens in stock (*cough* think thanksgiving *cough*) and receives regular deliveries from Ben enabling her to supply any of our other products inclusive of our other meats, soups, soaps, maple syrup, etc. In short, if you're not in 'the County', but want access to some RTE goodness, she can hook you up!

It's not easy to find good chicken around here, is it, Niagara? It so often feels like a toss-up between reasonable prices, good flavour, and tender meat. One can usually expect to check two-out-of-three boxes on that list.

"How can I check all three boxes," you ask? Well, buying pastured chicken from a dedicated local farmer ought to do the trick.

It's a good thing that 'Return to Earth' farm has a bunch in stock here in Niagara, then! Our chickens are packed with flavour, mouthwatering tenderness, and fair prices to boot!
