UPS loses *two packages IN A ROW* that arrived to the UPS Richmond location and then never moved again. But now my lost package claim is being denied because I shipped *liquids*??????? According to their “terms and conditions” supposedly. Nothing I can find on their www says ANYTHING about zero lost package liability on liquids. So they’ve lost $450 worth of my product and I’m just out that money and product because it happens to be liquid????? THIS IS absolute BS UPS!
