A moment at a recent Dodgers game has sparked a debate among baseball fans!

An older kid/fan caught a foul ball, but should he have handed it over to the little boy wearing a Braves jersey nearby? 🤔

Catching a baseball at an MLB game is a DREAM COME TRUE, no matter how old you are! ❤️⚾️

How many hours are in a baseball mom’s day?
Honestly… definitely more than 24. ⚾️❤️

A recent conversation had me wanting to share that people talk a lot about “balance” when your kids are in competitive sports…

But the truth?
It’s hard to find balance when your kids are in competitive sports. Actually… there is no balance!

There are early mornings, full work days, rushed dinners, laundry, snacks, coolers, car rides, practices, lessons, late nights, and doing it all over again the next day.

It’s busy.
It’s exhausting.
It’s chaotic.

But it’s also full of love, commitment, memories, and showing up for your kids in every possible way.

The things our kids learn at, with, about and around baseball are invaluable and they are doing what they love.

Letting our “kids be kids” when all they want to do is play baseball? Let them.

So if you’re a baseball mom running on caffeine, snacks, laundry and pure dedication… just know you’re not alone and the “balance”is just trying to get it all done for your kids, on repeat, and that is 100% good enough! ❤️

Competitive sports may not come with balance… but they do come with purpose, pride, and a whole lot of heart.
