Nutrient Dense Farm An aspiring Biodynamic farm-grown from the heart of unconditional love!

We are an aspiring bio-dynamic farm in the heart of Upper Squamish BC, using methods from the ages and evolving methods of our time. We are creating a farm and methods that stimulate the farm's inherent fertility, and health through the integration of crops and livestock, the restoration of on-farm biodiversity, and with the mindfulness of the influential energy of the sun, moon, and planets, aligning the farm with the comic frequency.

Yesterday was Hay Day, and thanks to our amazing crew, everything went incredibly smoothly from start to finish. We couldn't have done it without the hard work, teamwork, and dedication of everyone involved!
It was a full day of harvesting and haying, and today we're definitely feeling it. Our sore muscles are providing a pretty accurate reminder of just how much work was accomplished yesterday! 😆
But the hard work came with a very exciting milestone: for the first time ever, we're storing hay in the barn we built last season. Watching the hay loft fill up and seeing the barn finally being used for its intended purpose is an incredibly rewarding feeling.
Our generous landowners funded the construction, while we contributed countless volunteer hours, energy, and determination to build the barn and oversee every step of the process. Seeing it now filled with hay that will help feed our future herd makes all those long days and hard work worthwhile.
Of course, there's still plenty to do. We have more fencing to build and a long list of farm projects to complete before the cows make their grand entrance next season. But for now, we're taking a moment to celebrate this accomplishment, appreciate how far we've come, and maybe let our sore backs complain just a little bit. 🤣
