It's another Saturday!!! After a quick trip into the office, it's back to the farm for some chores. Running up the last of our oats into the bin for my horses. I do love oat straw for bedding. Putting away more hay for the winter. Let's see what else we can do !!! Farm work is never done.😁

Mini 10lb Box= $160 (4xground, 1 roast or stew or ribs, 2-3 steaks)
Small 20lb box = $320 (8xground, 1 roast or stew or ribs then steak)
Large 40lb box =$625
(16xground, 2xroast, possible stew/ braising or smoker ribs then steak)
Ground beef $10/lb
Organs (tongue, kidney, heart, liver) $9/lb
Oxtail $12/lb
Bones $5/lb


Side/Half is $7.75/lb hung weight
Mixed Quarter is $8/lb hung weight

This is Echo Valley Penelope out of our first calf heifer Echo Valley Londai. All of our Macbeth daughters will be offered once weaned this year.

Echo Valley Persephone. By 2 Bridges Legend out of Echo Valley Kieran. This little feisty heifer will be retained to add to our herd. She was 78lbs at birth. Very respectable.
