It's September!! APPLES!! Our trees are probably 80 years old, never sprayed. Fallen apples for crumble, pies or sauce. Not perfect but clean n tasty. Cut off 4 pieces around the core is the easiest way to process. Boil with skin on till soft. Put thru a manual mill. Beautiful apple sauce. Put in containers n freeze.. Savour yummy apple sauce when it's cold n snowy outside.. thats my "tip of the day" 🤣 see you Uxbridge Farmers Market Canada Sunday 9am to 2pm.. Rain or Shine..
