You have plenty of room for creativity with this dish! Cook up your favourite pasta (I love linguini for this dish). Over low heat add Lobster Mousse to melt then add a splash of cream and parmesan cheese and mix through. You can be done here tossing your pasta through this divine mixture or continue adding to greatness! Additions of shrimp, scallop or pieces of salmon all wonderfully compliment this sauce and make it more flavourful and seasoned. Once your sauce it done to your desire, add your cooked pasta to the skillet mixing the sauce though.
