Banjo Cider tap trio! We now have a third guest tap, because we’re suckers for three-part harmonies and slow-fermented ciders like Maud (infused with raspberries), Dueling Banjos (crabapples & maple syrup) and Bluegrass (wild organic blueberry).

And you can buy these plus 5 other Banjo Cider varieties in take-home 750 mL bottles, here in our retail store!

We’ve found the perfect local home for our bottle shop — right here in Uxbridge at the beloved craft brewery! You can now find Banjo cider bottles to-go alongside their selection of delicious, handcrafted beer. Behind the bar, they now have a second variety of Banjo cider on tap AND our daughter Ruby! Huge thanks to our friends Rob and Joanne for welcoming us so warmly.

Uxbridge locals already know what a gem The Second Wedge is. For those new to it, expect fantastic beer, laid-back vibes, a charming, dog-friendly beer garden, beautiful tasting room, and community-loving people! If you've been missing live music on our patio, many of your favourite cidery performers also play at The Wedge, along with a slew of other talented musicians.

And we can hardly wait for the imminent opening of and the delicious return of .pi, both from the talents of Chef Steve Lovisa and Meaghan O’Hara.

We miss you all, but if you want to say hi, look for us on the patio at the Wedge!!

We've dug deep over our break and made a big decision. We are about to become empty nesters this year, and we are ready for our next chapter in this short life. We want to pursue other interests, projects, and passions, and have some more downtime. We have decided our on-site tasting room, store, and patio will be closed for 2025.

We will still be tending our orchard and making cider. We are in the midst of exploring options for how we can continue to make our cider available to you. We will update you as soon as the dust settles!

We are excited for change, but will greatly miss all the amazing experiences from this chapter of the business. It has far exceeded the expectations we had when we started planting trees and making small batches of cider in 2018. Most of all, we will miss the people.. our beloved staff who are like family to us, the coolest regulars ever, and so many warm visitors and loyal customers. We are so grateful for all your support and kind words over the years.

We are closed January and February, re-opening in March. We always enjoy the relaxation and rejuvenation of our annual closure, but we miss our regulars, our supportive customers, and meeting new visitors. We look forward to seeing everyone in March!

Please note our online store is closed for now, but we are accepting reservations indoors for March, and for our first firepit date of the year: Sat. March 8th.

We are open Dec 31 from 1 to 6 pm for one last hurrah before we take our annual break (Jan 1 to Feb 28). Our firepits are all booked up, but you can make an indoor reservation at banjocider.com. We will have our cheese plates available, or bring your own food. Come on out!
