Today's project - finding and thining the onions. Pulling the big ones and allowing the smaller ones to grow some more with all the heat. The tomatillos are loving the heat.

What does a farmer do when it is raining again, and he can’t get in the field? He hangs shelves above the computer to hold his COBI Bricks military models on so the farmers wife stops worrying about knocking them off the table.

Sure sign I am getting older, I was up at 5:30 this morning to sit in a 8 car width line for fresh produce and the go and spend my birthday money on a new kitchen tool to process said produce. Lol . Whats your favorite pressure canning recipe?

We had a big storm last night, thankfully we didn't get hail like some neighbors, but the rain came hard and knocked down my Delphinians. So I propped up the ones that didn't break and brightened my table with the ones that did.

First bales were made today after cutting yesterday, and raking this morning. Praying that the weather holds so we can make good headway before my farm boy goes back to his other job. So thankful for our boys that have stepped up to help this summer.
