Sweet Onion & Tomato Chicken Thighs
• 7-9 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
• Himalayan Pink Salt and 5 Peppercorn Premium Blend, to taste
• 1 tsp. Italian Rustico Seasoning Blend
MARINADE
• 1/4 cup Sweet Onion & Summer Tomato Dressing and Marinade
• 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp. olive oil
• 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
Season chicken thighs and place in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Set aside. In a small mixing bowl combine marinade ingredients and pour over the chicken thighs. Cover the chicken and refrigerate for 1-6 hours.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove chicken from the fridge and let stand on the counter while the oven preheats. Remove the cover and bake chicken for 35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Halfway through cooking, baste the chicken with the liquid. Turn on the broiler and continue to cook for 3 to 4 more minutes, or until golden brown on top. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

It’s Taco Tuesday!
Let’s Celebrate with a Taco Dip seasoned with our NEW Sriracha Ranch Dip Mix!
Sriracha Ranch Layered Taco Dip
• 1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1 pkg. Sriracha Ranch Dip Mix
• 2 cups lettuce, shredded
• 1 tomato, diced
• ½ cup black olives (optional)
• 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, grated
Combine cream cheese and sour cream, add Sriracha Ranch Dip Mix and mix until well combined. Spread on a 12" serving platter and top with lettuce, tomato, grated cheese and olives. Refrigerate for several hours and serve with tortilla chips.
