Happy Summer! ☀️

My family and I have been crazy busy with our big move, so I haven’t had the chance to make it to the Valleyview markets. Moving the Freeze Dryer was not easy, but we made it happen lol. Today I’m breaking it in with my girls’ favourites.

It’s been a minute!

There are no Valleyview Farmer’s Markets in January and February, but I am a vendor at the Women’s Health Expo on January 20th in Valleyview. I have created a greens blend with Spinach, Kale, Broccoli and Moringa Leaf. The benefits are endless. I will be offering these greens in powder or capsule form. They are in NO WAY a meal replacement. I like to say they’re a sneaky nutrition boost to add to smoothies, soups, etc. I added these greens to my kids’ pancakes and they had no idea….

Genius if you ask me.
