Rollnndough’s Noche Buena Pop Up is a Homage to our Grandparents ♥️ Growing up we celebrate Christmas Eve aka Noche Buena! Once 12am hits it’s time to Celebrate, give thanks, open presents and Enjoy a yummy late dinner with the family!

Our Dinner Pop Up showcases our grandparents favourite Noche Buena Handa ♥️ We miss them so much and every time we cook this dishes it feels like we are all together celebrating the Most wonderful time of the year! Merry Christmas 🎄

My sister and I are very blessed we are surrounded by so much love and food! Thankful for our family most of all our Nanay&Tatay and Lolo&Lola 🙏🏽 . We have so many beautiful memories of the delicious savoury and sweets that they would cook, make and bring home as Pasalubong (gifts)! Food brings our family so close together ♥️

My sister and I are “writing” this food love letter to them because they have influenced and nourished our lives as a Chef & Pastry Chef ♥️
