✨All you can eat hot pot deal✨
Pot Empire introduced a new AYCE deal!

I usually go for their regular menu, which starts at $19 (pork bone chicken broth + 5oz chicken slices). That includes a drink and refills on rice and either vermicelli or handmade noodles, plus ice cream.

The all-you-can-eat is a 2-hour seating with two tiers, deluxe $33.85 and supreme $55.85.

The supreme adds mussels, abalone, top grade scallops, wild black fish fillets, AAA boneless short rib, and AAA prime rib slices, plus huge oysters (limited to 2 per person).

Everything else is the same for both tiers:
- More free soup options than the regular menu (premium soups are +$3)
- Snacks like takoyaki and lotus root slices
- 6 kinds of meat
- Seafood like squid, baby cuttlefish, basa fish, and head-on white shrimp
- Noodle options like wide noodles and braised pork rice

The downside is drinks and veggies not included. Unlimited drinks +$4.99 and the vegetable platter is +$3.99
👉️But by mentioning my reel you can get the drinks for FREE (until end of 2026)

If you want to eat lots of meat or have your heart set on a specific soup broth, I think the price is worth it.

✨️ 3-min lazy spicy miso udon recipe✨️
So easy, but I promise it's super tasty!

Sauce ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp chili oil
I used Crunchy Garlic YUZU
is a well known Japanese brand, so it's not too spicy!

Cook a pack of udon and mix!
The crunchy garlic and zesty yuzu are so heavenly ✨

Craving poke after my chiropractor appointment yesterday, so I went to Pokerrito for their Aburi Ahi Tuna Bowl and it was so delicious! I had to go back today for lunch and got the Hanauma plus a small tiramisu. Such a perfect lunch spot😋

I was hoping to paint while eating, but found out the brush pen I tried today is water-based and bleeds with watercolor, so I had to call it quits...😭
