Since Catelli Smart or Healthy Harvest Pasta is just $1.50 for , we have dinner all planned. But what about dessert? 🤔

*Limit of 6

Ingredients:
½ package of Catelli Smart Bows Pasta
3 tbsp of cinnamon sugar
2 tbsp avocado oil
Pinch of salt
1 cup cream cheese
1 Tbsp of cinnamon sugar
Splash of whipping cream

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Preheat air fryer to 400F.
2. Drain pasta and toss with the avocado oil until evenly coated. Add cinnamon sugar and toss to coat.
3. Spread pasta out in a single layer in air fryer basket. Try not to overcrowd the pasta, as it won't crisp up properly.
4. Cook in the air fryer for 12-15minutes, shaking the basket every few minutes.
5. To make dip, mix cream cheese, cinnamon sugar and cream until smooth.

Nothing says Lohri like the nutty crunch of Gajak! Made with peanuts and jaggery, this sweet treat is as traditional as it gets.​
Find all the ingredients you need to make Gajak at a store near you.

Ingredients:​
2 tsp ghee, divided​
1 cup grated jaggery​
½ tsp ground cardamom​
1 cup unsalted roasted shelled peanuts​

Directions:​
1- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with 1 tsp of the ghee. Set aside.
2- Heat skillet over medium-low. Add jaggery and 1 tbsp water and cook, stirring frequently, until melted. Reduce heat to low; stir in remaining 1 tsp ghee and the ground cardamom. Simmer gently until mixture is dark and thickened. ​
3- Stir in peanuts until well combined. Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Cover with another sheet of parchment and flatten with a rolling pin to about 1/4-inch thickness.​
4- Remove top sheet of parchment. Let cool completely. Slice into bite-size chunks.

Serve the PC® Ultimate Pork Rib Roast with this easy side dish duo and you'll have everyone saying, “Yes, Chef.” 🧑‍🍳✨​

Recipe: ​

🥣 Squash Purée: ​

Sauté 1 chopped onion in 2 tbsp oil. Cook over medium-high heat until it starts to brown (about 5 minutes).​

Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.​

Add 4 cups of frozen PC® Butternut Squash Chunks, reduce heat to medium, and cook until softened (about 5–8 minutes).​

Next, add ½ cup PC® Blue Menu No-Salt-Added Chicken Broth, ½ cup 35% whipping cream, and ½ tsp salt. Bring to a simmer until slightly thickened.​

Blend until smooth and serve! ​

​

🍏 Roasted Mix: ​

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). ​

Toss 1 bag of PC® Mixed Little Gems, ½ lb of halved Brussels sprouts, and 2 PC Organics Gala Apples (cored & cut into chunks) with 2 tbsp oil and ¼ tsp salt.​

Spread on a parchment-lined baking dish, roast for 45–60 minutes until golden brown and serve!
