Antise Vancouver Presents: Neapolitan Street Food 🇮🇹🍟

We're excited to be back at Italian Day on Commercial Drive on June 14th!

This year, we're bringing the flavours of Naples to Vancouver with a special selection of authentic Neapolitan street food, featuring our classic, delicious Apollini and one of Naples' most beloved specialties: Frittatine di Pasta.

Born in Naples in the late 19th and early 20th centuries as a creative way to transform leftover pasta into something extraordinary, Frittatine became an icon of Neapolitan street food culture. Mixed with rich béchamel, traditionally filled with peas, ham, and cheese, then breaded and fried until golden and crispy, they embody the ingenuity, simplicity, and incredible flavour of Neapolitan cuisine.

For Italian Day, we'll offer two versions:

✨ Classica – béchamel, peas, ham, and cheese
✨ Pistachio – pistachio, basil, and pecorino

Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and served hot from the fryer.

Join us on June 14th at Italian Day on Commercial Drive, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (or until we sell out!), and discover the authentic taste of Naples, one bite at a time.

We’re launching Lamination 101, a full-day hands-on experience with chef and owner Daniel Munoz of Tona Bakery.

This is a small group experience where you’ll work side by side with the chef, learning the fundamentals of lamination from the ground up. From dough preparation to the lamination process, shaping, and baking — you’ll be actively involved every step of the way.

Moms always deserve something special, but for Mother’s Day, we wanted to create something truly unforgettable. 💖

We’ve blended fresh berries with Ruby chocolate to craft a unique Panettone flavour, a sweet ode to spring and summer. ☀️

Perfect pairings? Try it with hibiscus or green tea, plum sake, or a scoop of vanilla or yogurt gelato, each one a delicious way to welcome the season and celebrate Mom.
