🍇🫐 SMALL-BATCH FIG, GRAPE & BLUEBERRY JAM 🫐🍇

When you have just a little fruit on hand, make JAM! This small-batch beauty is fresh, sweet, a little spicy and absolutely delicious. 🌶️💜

You’ll need:
• 1 cup fresh figs
• 1 cup grapes
• 1 cup blueberries
• Zest + juice of 1 lemon 🍋
• 1 Serrano pepper, finely chopped 🌶️
• 2 Tbsp honey 🍯

Add everything to a saucepan and cook gently until the fruit breaks down and the jam becomes thick and glossy. For a smoother jam, give it a quick whirl in the blender.

Spoon into a clean jar, refrigerate and enjoy within 1 week.

No huge batch. No canning marathon. Just a gorgeous jar of homemade jam ready for toast, cheese boards, yogurt—or straight off the spoon! 😋

Small batch. BIG flavor. ❤️

🍇 EAT. SIP. SAVOR. This is what summer tastes like! 🍷✨

Looking for the perfect bite for your next summer gathering? My Roasted Grape Crostini with Homemade Ricotta is simple, gorgeous, and absolutely bursting with flavor. Roasting transforms the grapes into sweet, juicy little gems with an almost jammy, wine-like richness. Pile them onto crisp toasted crostini slathered with creamy homemade ricotta, then finish with fruity olive oil, aged balsamic, fresh herbs, flaky sea salt, and a drizzle of honey. 🍇🍯🌿 (At Home with Rebecka)

Pour the wine, gather your favorite people, and eat, sip & savor your way through summer. ❤️

I think we may have had one of the hardest Tag Team Challenges in MasterChef history! FOUR incredibly difficult dishes in all that chaos—and we really rocked it!

But let’s be honest… the BEST part of the whole challenge was Murt’s hair!!! 😂🤣 Still makes me laugh!

Chris S - Thanks so much for sharing this one and bringing back such a wild memory. You are such a sweetheart! ❤️

Thanks to one of my dearest friends, I now have a treasured heirloom recipe for cacio e pepe. A few years ago, Lisa Keys shared it with me during a lovely vacation at my place, where we made fresh pasta and enjoyed this simple delight al fresco on the patio. For the full recipe and video, check out my blog- https://athomewithrebecka.com/cacio-e-pepe/ or click the link in my bio.
