Want to hear a fun fact? Okra is actually a fruit commonly mistaken for a vegetable!

We prepare this nutritious fruit by stewing it in a tomato sauce with garlic, onion, and beef; the dish pairs very well with the white rice served with it. Guess what, it is on our menu for the week 😋
