We have been distributing our fried and crispy shallots for a few months and have noticed an increase of interest from retailers. Let’s explore our sourcing, the region in East Java, which not only blessed by fertile soils but also its people ~ the strong woman behind the production. Ibu Nurul. In our long conversation last week, she shared her deep commitment to produce high quality products which is beneficial to the body and safer for the environment. She has been looking after the waste by forming a cooperative to help reducing most of it. There is more to her stories, but for now, are blessed to work with her. Kudo to us the enterpreneurship spirit we shared together. We are in gratitude.
