Cam's Hot Sauces is one man, one pot, and a penchant for spice. My spice journey began with cooking curries quickly escalated into pepper eating challenges between friends. A sauce collection soon began and in the summer of 2020 I made the first sauce from my own home grown Thai chilis. It was a hit among friends and Cam's Hot Sauces began! While finding my way here I discovered that I didn't appr

eciate the inclusion of "capsaicin extract" in any of the sauces I would try so I've made a point of never intending to use it. All the spice in every batch is come by honestly with the pepper that are actually physically included in the batch. As it may follow my attention isn't focused entirely on heat, with sweetness and depth both also taking major roles in these products. Finding new combinations and ways to prepare these ingredients is exciting and I hope you find the results just the same! All products are made with simple and easy to pronounce ingredients. Batches are small and are only available in limited supply.
